Core STRENGTH Yoga is a fusion of gentle mobility warm-us,classical hatha asana, gyrokenesis and myofascial treatment with balls and full size rollers. Conscious Breathing,Deep Relaxation and Meditation will be interwoven as Stress and Pain Management Tools. The tone of the class is supportive, inclusive and non competitive and safely challenging. No prior Yoga experience is necessary!
