Fun, Mindful, Challenging essential Core movements for the Back/Hips/Abs/Pelvic Floor.
 Enhance greater pelvic floor tone and increase flexibility, fluidity and balance. Combines the use of Balls,Foam Roller, Resistance-Bands, Free weights  or Weighted Back Pack for Load.  We practice Metabolic Intervals. We focus on preservation  of your joints and tough on your muscles while exploring connection to our Nuero Core through our Conscious Breathing.
