During this 75 minute session, we will delve into practices that promote heart health and overall well-being, focusing on managing high blood pressure.
 We will engage in gentle movements and stretches designed to benefit heart health, while practicing breath work to aid relaxation and stress reduction. You will learn mindfulness techniques to effectively mange high blood pressure including meditation,  and Melt Method .
