Week 1: The Earth Foundation / Grounding / Presence
Week 2: The Portal of Touch / Sensation / Agency
Week 3: Vertical Resilience / Symmetry & Sensation / Alignment
Week 4: Integrated Support / Choice / Self-Reliance
Week 1: The Lower Foundation (Feet)
Focus entirely on the feet to establish the concept of "Grounding."
The Sensation: Releasing the plantar fascia to feel the floor more clearly.
- Yoga Link: Standing poses where the focus is on the four corners of the feet and the lift of the arches.
Week 2: The Upper Connection (Hands)
Focus on the hands and wrists to explore "Support."
The Sensation: Opening the palms and softening the grip.
- Yoga Link: Weight-bearing poses (like Tabletop or modified Downward Dog) where the hands act as the base.
Week 3: Symmetry & Comparison (Alternating)
You could spend the first half on one foot and one hand to notice the Asymmetry.
- The Sensation: Feeling the "awake" side of the body versus the "resting" side.
- Yoga Link: Balancing poses that require diagonal stability (e.g., Bird-Dog), connecting the rooted foot to the supporting hand.
Week 4: Choice & Integration
Let the focus be guided by what feels most needed that day.
- The Sensation: Revisiting whichever area felt more "stuck" in previous weeks.
- Yoga Link: A full-body flow where the "roots" (whichever you worked on) feed into a sense of overall resilience.
